Hire Type *

Yoga Studio: Group Workshop (min 3 hr hire) $50/hr
Yoga Studio: Weekly Class (min 1 hr hire for at least 4 consecutive weeks) $50/hr

Inclusions: Yoga Studio hire includes the use of our basic yoga props inc. mats, blankets, cushions, pillows & bolsters. Please provide a written request the use of any additional items in the studio. Grace period of 30 mins before & after start of hire and finish for set up and pack down. Everything must be left as you found it. Kitchenette in yoga foyer is included in hire and has cold water sink, jug, microwave, some cutlery and crockery. Kitchenette is located behind bifold doors.

Grace period of 30 mins before hire time and 30 mins after . Any extensions to this time will be invoiced retrospectively at $12.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Workshop: provide single date or Weekly Class: provide date range eg 20 Jan 25 to 10 Feb 25

Hire Conditions: Max 15 students unless pandemic social distancing rules apply. Students are not to touch sound meditation items and hiree to monitor this. Any breakages in the hire area must be paid for. This form is a request for hire period only. Please do not advertise classes until this hire is approved. Promotion of the event is the responsibility of the individual requesting to hire the venue. Confirmation of venue hire occurs upon payment of invoice. Confirmed venue hire that has to be cancelled for any reasons other than it cannot take place due to pandemic health regulations will incur a 50% cancellation fee or $100 transfer fee (rescheduled hire). No more than one rescheduled hire is allowed. Please notify The Yoga Shed as soon as possible of any changes, these fees may be waived for if enough notice is given so as not to cause disruption to our studio use. Venue hire that cannot take place due to NSW Government pandemic restrictions can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge. Mats need to be wiped down at the end of sessions with cleaning products provided and the studio/kitchenette are to be left as you found it. Key is available in lockbox, details provided after invoice payment. The Yoga Shed reserves the right to decline a hire request for any reason.
