We also do retreat packages for people staying in the Hunter Valley. For example, you can have classes at various times over the weekend tailored to suit the goals or needs of your group. We can also plan a 1/2 day or day retreat for you at our studio.
If considering other location, please consider factors like temperature, weather, lighting, noise distractions, ants, mosquitoes etc. These things can detract from the fullness of the yoga experience.
** While yoga and Meditation is generally safe, the practices can also have a strong effect on the body and mind and must be approached respectfully. Safe guidelines for practice are used and are part of a teacher's responsibility, however it is important to remember that nobody knows your body better than you do. Your individual awareness and ability to recognise the limitations and possibilities of your body is necessary in order to avoid strain or difficulty.
