Suitable for a complete beginner or an experienced student.
Strong body, strong mind. A yoga class with the focus on building core body strength. Core strength also helps invoke strength and determination at the chakra/emotional level as we are doing a lot of postures related to manipura chakra (our solar plexus). Digestion is also improved through these practices and back problems are often alleviated by a strong core.
Pranayama (breathing practices) included.
