Every Monday 9am-11:15am for 2 weeks starting 19 August 2019 and finishing 26 August 2019.


For the 1st hour of each class you’ll learn with other beginners, get an overview of yoga and it’s benefits and have the opportunity to ask questions and have plenty of one on one time with your teacher. After the first hour, you’ll get to practice alongside other more experienced students who will provide encouragement and inspiration.


In this course learn accessible yoga postures and 7 rounds of Salute to the Sun to the beat of Jenny’s djembe drum. Modification will be offered. You’ll also learn some handy breathing practices for stress relief and deep relaxation.


Finish the class with a deeply relaxing singing bowl meditation.
