Join much loved herbalist Pat Collins in The Yoga Shed’s Open Air Kitchen. Learn about Ayurveda, the sister science to Yoga and let Pat show you how to cook up an Ayurvedic feast! Lunch is included and will feature all flavours (bitters, sour, salty, astringent, pungent and sweet). Discover how a diet of these combinations are an integral part of the philosophy of Ayurveda.

In this workshop you will learn about the basics of this ancient art and understand your dosha (or type) and learn about the foods, spices and medicines that are best for you. 

Cost includes Ayurvedic lunch and a spice kit to take home. All recipes supplied plus making spices for your dosha.
